Koddis Construction have been appointed by Colliers International to refurbish both the ground and third floors of Castlebridge 5.
The Castlebridge development, completed in 1989, is a purpose-built development of five self-contained office buildings, all situated around an attractive central courtyard. The buildings provide a total of 54,736 sq ft of office accommodation over ground and three upper floors.
