Koddis Construction Ltd is pleased to announce the award of a new contract to install an external lift at Elgar House, Southmead Hospital in Bristol. This project spans 17 weeks and involves significant modifications and enhancements to the facility.
Scope
Structural alterations — to accommodate the new external lift we will undertake the necessary structural changes to the building. These alterations are designed to ensure the lift is seamlessly integrated while maintaining the structural integrity and functionality of Elgar House.
External works — alongside the lift installation we will carry out various external works to support the lift's functionality and its integration with the existing building.
Internal refurbishment — the contract also includes a comprehensive internal refurbishment of Elgar House, modernising and improving the interior spaces so they align with the hospital's standards and requirements.
