Koddis secures Phase 4 refurbishment at St James Court, Bristol

We're pleased to announce that Koddis Construction has been appointed to deliver the Phase 4 refurbishment works at St James Court, Bristol, on behalf of University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW).

This latest phase continues our longstanding relationship with UHBW and further demonstrates our specialist capabilities in live healthcare and office refurbishment projects. The works involve a comprehensive refurbishment of the ground floor administrative areas, including reconfiguration of office space, upgrades to finishes, mechanical and electrical services, and accessibility improvements — all delivered while the building remains operational.

Our team will be managing careful phasing, stakeholder liaison and out-of-hours working to ensure minimal disruption to the daily running of the facility. Health and safety, clear communication and quality delivery remain at the forefront of every decision we make on site.
