Koddis Construction has been formally appointed to carry out alterations and refurbishment works at Eagleswood Business Park, Bristol.
The scope includes rooflight replacement, respraying external cladding, windows and doors, internal reconfiguration, mechanical and electrical upgrades and general refurbishment.
Koddis were first class all the way through the project. Great communication, attention to detail, regular and detailed updates, and careful programming to minimise crossover of trades due to the Covid-19 situation. I won't hesitate to use Koddis again or recommend their services to others. Kevin PerrimentDirector, hdp Associates Limited
