Koddis Construction has been formally appointed to carry out alterations and refurbishment works at Pucklechurch Industrial Estate in Bristol.
The works consist of single ply roofing covering replacements to both units 9 and 10, resin flooring works, decorations to internal parts and general dilapidation repairs.
Koddis have delivered a professional and quality service for Hollis, ensuring that the rectification works not completed by another contractor have been successfully completed, to time and budgetary requirements. The tenants and client are pleased with the results, and Mike Catley the Director went the extra mile with regards to tenant liaison, ensuring effective communication between all parties at all times.
