Koddis Construction has handed back phase one of this two-phase project.
Phase 1 consisted of the deconstruction of load bearing masonry walls to facilitate a new, larger recovery room; adaptions and installation of new M&E services along with medical gases; new partitions, plastering, suspended ceiling, decorations and new floor coverings. The project was carried out at Bristol's St Michael's Maternity Hospital, within the heart of the central delivery suite.
Phase two commences on 11 January 2021.
